In 2014, we discovered that the interior columns of the reservoir were deteriorating and could soon collapse.
The Board of Directors was able to find a competent engineer who repaired the 19 support columns and interior walls that were leaking, wasting our precious water. |
La Hacienda residents make many improvements and help our maintenance manager.

Over the years, the sewage treatment plant in front of La Hacienda has spewed sewage. This was cleaned and resealed during 2014 repairs.
