The Association collects annual dues from the property owners of La Hacienda. This money is then used to maintain the community water and sewer systems, our roadways, beachfront, and common areas.
It is essential that everyone pay their dues on time so that we can maintain our community properly.
A community that is well maintained will result in higher property values for the owners. Your annual dues are an investment in your property, not an additional expense of ownership.
Dues are assessed in November of each year, made payable January 1st, and are considered delinquent by March 31st.

At the February 18, 2023 General Assembly, owners voted to increase the 2024 and future dues:
Each unimproved Lot (no house) or Condo $300 USD per year. Each Improved Lot (house) $700 USD per year.
